Description
A painting by listed French artist Jean Pierre Clement depicting a female portrait in muted colors. Her shirt, composed of coral, light rose, and white splotches is quite a nice contrast against the otherwise neutral composition. Titled “Le Gilet Celeste” and signed Clement, 1961 to lower right. Jean-Pierre Clement is a French painter, born 1943. He is most well known for his whimsical, surrealist work, and his female portraits.
